Information you submit

Service requests collect contact details, location, the plumbing issue, consent and optional supporting files. Commercial and contractor forms also collect the business details you choose to provide. Do not submit payment information or identity documents.

Purpose and access

Information is used to review and coordinate your request, assess contractor applications and keep an operational record. Authorized administrators can access records and attachments. If a service provider is selected, only information needed for the request should be shared. Requests are not automatically distributed to contractors.

Storage and communication

The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare-backed database and private file storage. Hosting services process technical request information. Submitted data is stored on the server rather than in browser storage. Formspree processes submitted contact details and request information for intake notifications. Optional files remain in private site storage; only filenames are included in notifications. Marketing is not included in the contact consent.
